About Me

My name is Michaela 


I live in Theresa, NY. God blessed me with two loves of my life: my husband and our son. On June 30th, 2021 we welcomed our daughter into the world. 


After becoming married on August 21st of 2020, during a pandemic, I was inspired to start my own wedding and event planning business. Although I had been thinking about starting my own business for years, and told many other people in my life that it was my dream job, I wasn't confident that the area where I live was in need of the services. After receiving many positive and motivating words from family and friends, who all stayed patient during our ever-changing wedding plans, it hit me that I needed to pursue my dream. Planning my own wedding was very personal to the love story of my husband and I. I realized helping other couples plan their wedding could be a way of bringing my love of design, creativity and wedding planning to other couples who want their event to be an expression of their own love story.  

I earned an Associate’s degree in hospitality and tourism at Jefferson Community College. Soon after I became the Catering Operations Manager at The Thousand Islands Harbor Hotel in Clayton, NY. Over a period of 5 years I managed over 300 events big and small. My position provided multiple experiences, and opportunities to learn many different skills, that I can now use in my business. 

I love to think outside of the box and want to create unique experiences that are unforgettable. I will listen to your love story, or vision, and guide you along the journey of planning and enjoying your special occasion. I welcome new ideas, trends, and working with other creative minds. My goal is to bring what you envision to life, and to minimize your stress throughout the planning process.
