 FROM DAY ONE TO DAY OF

With my full service wedding/event planning, I will work with you to create your dream wedding or event. This package is for couples and clients who want a full-time professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day or event. I will help book your venue and every professional vendor you will need for your celebration. From styling, to walking you through every step of the timeline, I will make sure not only does your day come together the way you envisioned, but without unneeded stress for you to fully enjoy your day!

Full Wedding/Event Planning Services:

 

  • Pre-wedding/event consultation

  • Budget management

  • Vendor recommendations & bookings. You'll receive a list of the vendors I recommend. as well as help with contacting and booking them

  • Communication & payment management. There will be a structured payment plan that will be communicated. 

  • Create a design and inspiration board to ensure your vision is achieved. 

  • Attend all meetings with other vendors/service providers

  • Detailed day of timeline management

  • Coordinate Rehearsal   

  • Day of coordination

  • Set up and take down of decor

  • Additional onsite assistant the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Unlimited email & phone consultations

THE MONTH OF COORDINATING

This package will begin anywhere from six to four weeks before the day of your wedding or event. I will do a walk through with you at your venue and go over all the final details. I will make sure all your vendors are on the same page and they will receive a day-of timeline. I will coordinate the wedding rehearsal and the wedding day, as well as set up and clean-up the clients decorations. This package is perfect for couples who want to plan their special day themselves, yet need help executing everything they have envisioned. My assistance with all the details will alleviate your stress, and ensure that you will enjoy every moment of your special day.

The Month of Coordinating Services:

 

  • Pre-Wedding consultation. Meeting to map out details of the event and go over day of planning package

  • Walk through with you at your venue and go over all the final details

  • Contact Vendors to make sure they are all on the same page. Vendors will receive a day of timeline

  • Day of timeline review

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • Day of coordination
